What the service covers
Diagnosis for every slide type
Schwintek in-wall, rack-and-pinion, cable-driven, and hydraulic systems each fail differently. Identifying which system you have is the first step, because the repair paths have almost nothing in common.

A slide that binds, grinds, or trips out on overload is very often a slide that has drifted out of adjustment rather than one with a failed component. Slides move on rails and gears that shift over thousands of miles of road flex, and once travel is no longer square, everything downstream strains — motors overheat, gears wear fast, and seals stop sealing evenly.
Checking and correcting adjustment before replacing hardware is both cheaper for you and better for the slide, because a new motor fitted to a misaligned slide is a new motor that fails early.
Slide seals are a water-damage problem in disguise
The bulb and wiper seals around a slide box are the only thing standing between the opening and the interior of your RV. Texas sun flattens and hardens them, and a slide left extended for months in a storage lot or a seasonal site takes the worst of it.
Once seals fail, water tracks along the top of the slide and into the wall — the same damage path as a roof leak, and just as expensive by the time it shows up inside. Seal replacement is cheap maintenance measured against what it prevents.
