Old failed sealant scraped and cleaned back to a sound surface, then resealed with self-leveling lap sealant on horizontal seams and non-sag product on vertical surfaces — matched to your membrane.
Membrane repair and patching
Tears, punctures, and damage from a low branch or a hail event repaired with material compatible with your roof, whether it is EPDM, TPO, or fiberglass.
Full roof recoat
When sealant is failing across the entire roof rather than at two or three spots, a complete recoat is the cost-effective answer and buys years rather than a season.
Component replacement
Vent covers, fan lids, skylight domes, and A/C gaskets replaced while the roof is already open and being worked on.
A small leak is never a small repair
This is the thing RV owners underestimate most. Water that gets past the roof does not drip neatly onto the floor where you would notice it. It runs along the roof decking, down inside the wall cavity, and soaks into framing and luan you cannot see. By the time there is a visible stain, the damage behind it has usually been developing for months.
A reseal is ordinary, affordable maintenance. Structural rot repair means opening up the wall or roof, cutting out rotted framing, and rebuilding — a dramatically larger job. The entire purpose of inspecting on a schedule is to stay on the cheap side of that line.
The right product matters more than a fast fix
A large share of the leaks that come in started with a previous repair done with the wrong product. Self-leveling lap sealant belongs on horizontal seams so it flows out and seals flat; non-sag belongs on vertical surfaces so it stays where it was put. The sealant also has to be matched to your membrane, because chemistry that bonds beautifully to EPDM may not bond at all to TPO.
Household silicone is the single most common mistake found on Central Texas roofs. It does not bond to RV roofing, it fails quickly under UV, and it leaves residue that makes a proper reseal harder later — which usually means the area has to be scraped completely clean and redone.
